Inclusive Hotel
Ensuring a fully positive dimension of the hotel stay. This is the goal of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders, children and adults, and their families and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel was born from an idea by Best Western hoteliers and has been developed with the scientific support of the L’Abilità Associazione ETS.
The Best Western Plus Hotel Universo is participating in this project: to ensure the best possible welcome for our guests, our staff has completed a training course led by experts from L’Abilità Associazione ETS. We have selected the ideal rooms, assessed the common areas, and prepared a Hotel Guide that guests can consult in advance to familiarize themselves with the property and receive tips for a more comfortable stay.
