Inclusive Hotel
Ensuring a fully positive dimension of the hotel stay. This is the goal of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders, children and adults, and their families and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel is the brainchild of Best Western hoteliers and developed with scientific support from The Ability Onlus.
The Best Western Plus Hotel Universo participates in this project: in order to best welcome guests, our staff supported a training course held by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, analyzed the common areas, and prepared a Hotel Guide to be consulted in advance in order to get to know the facility and have directions for more comfortable use of the rooms.
The Hotel Guide for our 4-star hotel in Rome contains all the information needed to prepare for the hotel stay of people with autism spectrum disorder and can be downloaded on this page.
And again, to simplify and make information more immediately available, inside the rooms you will find information sheets with hotel services and information about our city translated into Augmenta tive Alternative Communication symbols.
