The Roman National Museum

Just two minutes from our hotel we suggest you visit Palazzo Massimo, one of the four locations of the Roman National Museum, which contains a great history of culture.
Inspired by the magnificent palaces of the sixteenth century, it houses the greatest masterpieces of the entire artistic production of the Roman world.
You can visit it from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11.00 to 18.00. Let yourself be immersed in mosaics, portraits, sculptures and paintings.

Palazzo Merulana - Museum of Italian art of the 20th century

At Palazzo Merulana you will find 90 works of the Roman school and the twentieth century just 15 minutes from the Hotel Universo.
Spread over four floors, here you can admire the masterpieces of Giacomo Balla, Mario Sironi, De Chirico, Donghi and Mafai.
A palace where you can be completely transported by art, which you can visit from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12.00 to 20.00.

Musei Capitolini

Among our suggestions could certainly not miss the Capitoline Museums that with its collections, creates a close link with the city of Rome.
Divided into two buildings, it is the oldest museum in the world and you can visit it every day from 9.30 to 19.30.

Colonna Gallery Museum and Art Gallery

The Colonna Gallery is the true jewel of Baroque art.
Located inside Palazzo Colonna, a splendid building that has a history of over 500 years, it houses the masterpieces of Tintoretto, Guercino, Salviati, Rosa and Lanfranco.
The Palace is open to the public on Friday and Saturday morning, from 9.15 to 13.15
